I just clicked on my blog as I was browsing through my bookmarks, and saw how incredibly depressed I was in my last post. I'm pleased to report I've been much happier lately; summer is a wonderful thing, as is not spending every waking free moment doing homework. I'm no closer to escaping from my boring job than I was -- further, in fact -- but at the moment I'm not letting it get to me too much. I may be settling into a pattern where I stress about my future during the week, but give myself the weekend off, mentally, to actually enjoy the blissful free time I have. Part of this is house-sitting -- I love it out here -- but I hope it can continue.
Off to get some sun, then shower and head into town to buy new jeans, then I have a DATE on Sunday. :D A Match.com find -- I doubt it's going anywhere, honestly, but it'll be good practice. He's cute, at the very least.
